my roomie works for city vending, and they supply rainbow bar. he said it was taking them FOREVER to even get opened. they kept needing dif permits and shit. a dance permit or something? whatever. they finally get it opened, and then they get fucked with. that sucks. some friends and i are going to go out there this week to show support for the new spot! i hear it's really bad ass, and they put a lot of money into it to fix it up.
