Also, they said he was showing signs of possible alcohol poisoning and fell on his own while he was handcuffed. People with alcohol poinsoning aren't up and walking around. They damn sure don't have to be handcuffed.

1. Ever think about the fact that dispatch's clock is run on a computer and a cop is wearing a wrist watch? Not that hard to be 12 minutes off.....
2. Citation doesn't have to be signed. If you don't sign it, they can haul you off to jail....
3. People showing signs of alcohol poisoning are arrested every day....it's called being drunk. You don't have to be laying down to have symptoms....
