if your monitor is plugged in and you get no signal when the pc comes on then that limits it to either your monitor or your video card/driver. you can determine this by connecting your monitor to another pc or testing another monitor out on your pc.
what part of town do you live in? | I have 3 pcs and 3 monitors.I tested the monitors,so i know its not that either.I think its the video card to and had a friend have a look at it and he was stumped to.I think i really need someone to just reassemble it for me.
