Yep. Merritt laid it out correct.
You got tickets and warrants due to your own irresponsibility. You blew off previous loans due to your own irresponsibility. Take care of that stuff FIRST and THEN worry about school. Feel grateful that you have a job. Don't screw it up somehow too. And lol @ blaming the government for your economic situation. Time to grow up if you want stuff to work out in your favor. There's no such thing as 'opportunity lost'. Your situation is 'opportunity thrown away'.
