The airport at Tegus is closed and airspace is restricted. Honduran gvt fears the former president will try to fly in to the airport. The military has been ordered not to allow his plane or any unidentified plane to land. He might have some central/south American politicians on board, though it seems most of them are crayfishing once they heard the military has been ordered not to allow the plane to land. It seems large crowds, many of them strongly against the former president are around the airport area.
I wonder what would happen if the fellow landed and the government did nothing at all. Like if they simply did not keep the crowd back or provide any security. Hopefully the crowd would play nice, and they might not be so angry as to tear him limb from limb.
Today might be interesting. I doubt he will try to fly in. Unless he can pilot his own plane...
