The Bayou Bros and DJ Digital used to make some dope breaks too, not sure if they still do.
Sugarcane Records is by far the best house/techno label to come out of LA IMO. Most of the artist don't live here anymore, but the label is still kickin out the jams.
One of the founding members of Telefon Tel Aviv was from Nola as well.
For some indie/experimental electronica, Quintron and Miss Pussycat and The Living Soundtrack are making waves recently.
