one thing to note, the approval polls for everybody (bush, republicans, democrats) are down. people are generally more unsatisfied with the government, not specifically just with Bush.
52% approval rating still isn't really that bad, when you compare that to previous presidents. of course, it isn't great either
good ol' g.w. bush has had the highest approval rating in history, somewhere around 92%.. the closest runner up was, you guessed it, his daddy-- george bush..at 89% (during the gulf war, imagine that)
i can only hope that his (and that bastard devil ashcroft's) approval rating keeps going downhill.
