You left out a few key accomplishments, WarLord:
-reduced civil rights/liberties and judicial review
-restrengthened the war on drugs
-turned back the clock on major environmental measures
-held off on presenting major environmental reports (such as increased mercury levels nationwide -- all the while allowing industry to increase pollution)
-increased military spending YET AGAIN
-participated in and escaped blame for Enron (and Halliburton for Cheney)
-trampled on the conservative notion of state's rights
-increased federal bureaucracy
-lied to the American people numerous times on issues FAR more significant to his presidency than having sex with an intern
-the list goes on
