I'll step in......
Load the .wav file or mp3 file....
right click the file, in the first Track Properties tab set the pause to 0 seconds.
Then click on the Index, Limits, and Splits tab....
In the wav editor hit the Split button where you want the new tracks to begin.
When its all done click OK.
Easy stuff.
