Do what we are doing now... Slowly turn over parts of Iraq over to Iraqi security, let the CPA finish their work with the interim government and turn over power government power in June... after that continue a slow replacement of foreign forces with trained Iraqi forces and continue a steady, but slow withdrawal... Should all be wrapped up by the end of 2004... I might also angle for a military base or two in Iraq, but in all fairness, I would wait until after the first free elections to push that request...

I think I've said this before, but turn over US operations to the UN, send a budget for repairs and reparations, and hope the Iraqis end their civil war as soon as possible.
