The gov't is really getting hardcore about this rave shit. I'm thinking they are viewing it as being successful, seeing as how the popularity in dance music has died off, taking alot of raves and money with it.

i dont understand this crap people have done drugs like coke and acid at rock concerts for many years ... why have those people never been attacked ...the way i see it there are not enough young people in this country voting to keep something like this from happening and the gov knows this so they can put a lid on it before any one can realy get madd about .. shit the cia are the ones that put the coke on the streets and the only reason there madd about the ex cause they cant control how it gets here ... and there not making money off it same with pot ... all it take is one good ole yummy seed to be grown and it starts over again ... x is not that easy but not very hard to send into the states ... shits crazy .....the dance music scene is fucked regardless ... only thing we can do is have naked dance party's .... yeah sounds like fun ....... rave on

yeah well - they do run articles on that as a "nwe" drug periodically - they just give it a different name. And afterall isn't that really what it's all about? Marketing and branding?

Because rock concerts are filled with voting adults, and raves are filled with their non-voting children.

And everytime something new has come into the picture, they have done everything they can to stop it. Until eventually giving up. They will probably loose this one and then give up. After that EDM will be just as commercial here as it is in other countries.

Astro hit it square. We need more votes and more people standing against legislation like this.

If raves were touring like rock bands, from civic center to arena to civic center bringing in millions, the Government would be glad to have them.
