I don't know what to think of this, but this line especially caught my attention


"A three-month supply costs American taxpayers more than $500 million, not including the cost of military escorts to fend off attacks by Iraqi insurgents."

Yea I saw this. I'd say they should set the price at a relatively reasonable rate, using taxes to help fund the reconstruction of their country. I don't know how much the average Iraqi makes, but I imagine it's more than enough to afford a bit more than 5 cents a gallon.
