![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Well, Nader is out for me....
...because I'm attempting to vote for a 3rd party to get them matching funds and Nader's running as an independent. For those that pay attention to the fringe - and I mean that only in the sense that they don't receive much mainstream exposure - I would appreciate a heads up on parties that are on the ballot in Texas that I can find some info on about their stances and see if any warrant voting for. My knowledge only extends to the 2 major parties, but I'm attempting to see what else is around. Thanks in advance.

![]() | http://www.politics1.com/p2004.htm I stumbled on this a few months back, promising myself to be informed by the time of the election. Needless to say I've only browsed it a little and probably won't use it much. Best guy I found was the Native American imprisoned for life for killing some FBI agents. I'd vote for him. Not sure how many of these would be on the Texas ballot though.

I haven't looked at anyone outside of Nader, my stance is just to get the largest independent a significant amount of the vote. Simply to send the message over the next few elections that people are tired of the 2 parties, that really aren't all that far apart. To me it's about Reform.

Along with the random independents, there are a few third parties that make it on the Texas ballots, such as the Libertarians, Greens, Constitutionalists, Socialists, Communists, Flat Earth Party, etc. depending on the seat and the part of the state you're in. But as far as the president goes, it's usually Dems, Reps, Greens, Libertarians and occasionally a Socialist.
