For "communistic" activities though, Chavez seems to be doing something semi-right.

If things don't go to the will of the people though, I'm sure there will be a coup to take care of that. If anything, our South American neighbors are not afraid of the "quick fix".

All I have heard is that the voting locations all showed that he was going to lose by a wide margin, and then there was chaos all of the sudden regarding the ballots and all.

Then there was a different outcome showing he won.

Hey, as long as Jimmy Carter says he won, he won.
