call me a cold motherfucker.. and so be it. our half assed military attempts over there are failing. we got ourselves into it and the only way out is either retreating and losing or completely destroying large numbers of people at a time. yes i'm saying a giant explosive device.. or a nuke. either that or having a draft with so much manpower that we roll over them. i think threatening a nuke would be called for first. if the insurgents don't back down then incininerate them. they can all be martyrs at the same time and throw a big party in heaven.

It would be a great opportunity for countries worldwide to use force against us, to prevent the imminent threat that would become the United States...

The only way at present to bring the US to its knees quickly is a pre-emptive nuclear strike... Countries like Russia might be just so bold to make such a decision if we got into the business of nuking arab nations. It would be a great strategic advantage for Russia and might allow them to become an economic hub to both the middle east and europe, if the US was set back a decade or two.

other countries wouldn't do shit... if you flex on anyone hard enough that doesn't currently even have beef with you they're gonna bitch out. no one gets anywhere being a pussy. hesitation and fear is the main thing that causes one to fail.

now.. while i say this you have to look at this without emotion. i'm speaking in the simplicity of winning or not winning.. not what is right and wrong and all of the things that go into it. we can either give up and lose.. or use extreme force and win. or we can half ass it for another 20 years and not really accomplish shit.

The US has not had a good modern history of occupation.. Peacekeeping efforts on our part tend to result in spite from other countries.. but if it makes you feel better at least we can steamroll a country in about a month with minimal manpower.. I.E. Iraq
