A buddy of mine in the Airforce says he knows wuite a few peeps who think he's a moron.

Just goes to show that plenty of folks in the military don't give a fllying rats ass about their jobs. They just want a paycheck and free college when they get out.

Not if they believe the order is illegal, they don't. In fact, I believe the oath they take is to the constitution, not the president - though I may be wrong.

I don't think any of them are even making that claim. They certainly have the right to hate him for what he's doing, though.

Every soldier in the United States is required to uphold the constitution, first - if they believe that their orders are in violation of that it is my understanding that they are REQUIRED to do something about it.

If the orders of the commander in chief are in violation of the Constitution or war crimes treaties...the soldiers are not required to obey and cannot be punished for treason.
