I've heard that the areas hardest hit by the hurricanes tend to vote Republican and that those voters are a bit busy with other matters currently which may result in a significant loss of votes for GW. Whether the assertion is true and whether the result is suggests occur... who knows.

Interesting, but it bears mentioning that a 17 point lead when only 2-5% of the votes have been cast isn't exactly 'commanding'.

I don't know why I'm mentioning this, I'm not going to be happy with the outcome of the election regardless of who wins.

I heard today that nearly 20% have been cast in Florida and I'd beliieve it. They said on the news tonight that a quarter million people down here in Travis county have already voted, and there are only 650,000 registered voters. People are not taking this election lightly on either side.

I like that fact that he is not a bitch to his party. Although that has become less the case during this election. I think he would be the most likely to do what is right regardless of who gave him money. I don't agree with him on a quite a few issues, but he would get my vote because I trust him more than anyone out there. That is saying a lot because I NEVER vote on so called character.
