I'm a little disgusted but not at all surprised. America is proud of the mess we have made, and we want more. We are proud to be hated by the world and to be seen as aggressors. We are proud of being fearful, in fact, fear of bad guys with bombs guides everything we do now. Whatever happens to this country, at least we can all know that we really wanted it, we really asked for it this time.

I'm also proud to say we elected a Senator last night who wants to execute any woman who has had an abortion and any doctor who has performed one. Go USA. This is our country. We might as well get used to it.

On the bright side, at least we'll get four more years of hilarious misspeaks!

Tom DeLay was re-elected as well. It's good to know that someone who is under investigation is the best person to lead us.

My only hope is that what Bush is about to do will push the country back toward the center, but considering the current mindset of America, I don't feel optimistic. But if you're a staunch Democrat, you can have some comfort in knowing that Bush will probably do a lot of damage to the GOP unless he changes course in the next four years.
