Who, and what's up with this this guy? I hear he's running for Gov next year. His views on the political scene sound pretty good:

He's an author and has been a staple in Austin for decades...if he can get any sort of backing for his campaign he could be considered a serious contender. Unfortunately outside of Austin and the literary world he's virtually unknown...

So I'm not the only one who has shown interest in the man's antics. He seems to be genuine and dare I say that with a little more push, he may be able to cause some major change here in Texas.
