OJ didnt "get away" with murder!

he got off because the cops did shitty police work. really shitty.

OJ did not proove that if you are rich you can get away with anything, it prooved that you had to be rich to fight off the power of the state no matter what the facts of the case were or how shoddy/shady the police work....

The scary thing is that he HAD to be that rich in order to get a fair trial.

ok then lets put the issue in perspective. Hillary Clintons campaign-finance director David Rosen was ]indicted for basically the exact same thing. He didnt have 1/1000th the money/power/or legal resources of DeLay and he was Acuitted in almost no time despite the truckloads of evidance (that was a hell of a lot stronger than anything they have on DeLay). The fact is people with that much money and power will never see a day in jail much less actually be convicted.
