We broke down and went ahead to check it out (our office is two blocks away, we didn't go out of our way too much). We saw a huge show of force by the police, the entire Austin Democratic Party, the Austin Libertarian Party, several church groups, the ACLU, about 2,000 or more hippies, and no Klansmen. Apparently, those fuckers came out for 15 minutes wearing Confederate flags on their faces and then left with their tails between their legs when they saw the crowd.
