this time it's the democrats, but it's been done by both parties many, many times over.

bush: presents bird flu plan
dems: "too little, too late."

wha?! if the action is "too late," then where were you in the months, weeks or days leading up to -- or even at the very moment -- when the action was "due?" THAT's when you should've been saying, "It's time to do something. It's getting close to 'too late' on this thing."

my wife and i were watching the news last night when they run the bird flu plan story. there's bush talking about the "7 billion" and what the plan will be to fight the bird flu. "watch, honey, they're going to show democrats complaining about this being 'too late' or 'not enough.'"
