Apparently the Mayor of New Orleans says God is mad at black people for not taking care of themselves and is INDEED mad at America, hence the hurricanes he's sending. And he (God) wants New Orleans to be an all black city...actually the phrase he used was "Chocolate City"
Today to recover from the fallout, he clarified his statement by saying "How do you make chocolate? You take dark chocolate and and mix it with white milk. That's the kind of chocolate i'm talking about."
Nice try bro, but maybe "God" should've hooked you up with a better excuse than that.
