You cannot compare the potential reaction of Christians to such a cartoon with the real reaction of the protestors in question... you think Christianity doesn't get caricaturized, scathingly, daily?

I didn't bother to look too far but the number of "anti' Jesus toons in this search is prolly quite high..... where are the protests that would be necessary to make your comparison valid?

Rubbish, it's their demand the rest of the world cater to them. Which I'm sorry, if you live and work in the west you play by our rules. We play by their's in the middle-east. Albeit, Europeans haven't been too kind to Muslim immigrants, but this reaction isn't just isolated to European Muslims. Other than that, I see no other events that can validate your claims the west is 'attacking' Islam (please no Palestine thread deviations either). The west , and the US in particular, has come to the aid of Muslims around the world many times. Which I find odd that Osama and Al-Zwahri never mention.

May explain their attitudes but it sure condemns those in the streets burning effiges, embassies and calling for the death of the publishers as particularly intolerant and violent assholes now doesn't it?
