The idiot DNC doesn't get that these things help Bush.

Presuming they're on about the "Bush lied" BS or the wire taps they've got a few problems

1) the Congressional investigation into prewar intelligence pretty much held GW blameless - are the many many Dems who signed onto that report now going to backtrack? Think they won't get crucified if they do (one way or the other - for not voting against the report then or for not voting to impeach now)

2) Such a proceedinging would argue that GW is doing to much against the war on terror

3) In Re: Sealed Case - a FISA Court of Review decision that pretty much told the FISA court to stf and butt out of GWs intelligence gathering (referring to the intercepted communications etc) - for those who'd care to read the actual decision - http://files.findlaw.com/news.findla...a111802opn.pdf
