since Katrina was pretty crazy...

If California had a major earthquake and fell off into the ocean, would the United States get blamed for not being prepared?

just wondering because growing up in Louisiana I always heard about how NOLA was under sea level and could totally flood at any time. I also heard that California could fall into the ocean.

The premise is, not if it can happen but when will it happen.

Apparently, as of today, the system to warn people and help them get to safer areas is old and busted.

I'm sure the current administration would let it sink. That would take care of about 30% of the liberal voters in this country. Permenant consevative domination would be ensured
