What has anyone in the community done to spread info, and support for those already infected. Or is it not that prevelent in our community aswell?

I haven't done anything. I think it would be nice to do some kind of benefit to raise aids awareness though.

You have George Michael, Madonna, and even EMF on the first disc and then PM Dawn, Gilberto Gil, and Incognito on the second one, just to name a few artists involved in the cause.

Not to name names, but House (due to its history with those often afflicted with the disease in its early roots) seems to lend more from the "electronic" world towards this effort than most, so forgive my bias.

There are the big name acts that do it as well, but it has been a while since I saw a CD/vinyl dedicated to the cause alone by one band.

i dont think aids awareness is the problem. the problem is that people simply dont give a fuck until they get it. then it's a problem.

why people dont use condoms these days is mind boggling. you never know who's fucking who.
