If you watched the video, the cop was being cool with them. The guys knew they were being filmed, everyone was laughing, and he let them off the hook. Give the racism card a break! There was nothing humiliating or malicious going on.

fuck the media, i dont even think it was a racial thing, he was on camera and he was being cool with the locals. He might have done the same thing with a white guy only called in a jingle instead of a rap. The dudes gave him dap at the end. Probably the happiest theyve been with a police officer in thier lives.

In the video it states the police officer "tells" the men to rap to avoid a littering ticket. And it clearly shows the officer "telling" the men if you don't want a fine...rap. He didn't "ask" them to do anything, he TOLD them.
