Yes it's infowars blah blah, just looking for opinions on this. Seems suspect that the billboards are already taken down, but at the TSRT site it's still listed as one of their proposals. Or even better from its own site:

New reports indicate the TTC will stimulate the state's economy while relieving congestion and improving emergency evacuations.

So... much needed improvement to Texas traffic situations or an unnecessary latch onto Mexico?
