HAve any of you guys ever stopped , and thought why does the media sit and ruminate usually on the most absurd , assinine stories in the media..like PARIS HILTON when real shit is going on?? open question..people speculate *thinking man statue*

b/c everyone likes to read about it. duh.  i was on a conference call this morning for WORK & someone said, "yeah, so paris hilton is going back to jail today, i have the computer on to see what the judge says" & everyone cracked up. she's someone EVERYONE knows. great conversation piece.

yea- it's all over the news. but this situation does raise a pretty good point on how famous people get better treatment even dealing with breaking the law. it's something that has created a nationwide outrage and debate.
