the statement is only racist because of the (partial) race of the intended recipient.... who is to say that Tilghman meant it that way? Maybe that is a phrase she uses often... at any rate, it was not an obvious racist remark - and although I completely disagree with this kind of statement .... i believe it still falls under freedom of speech
