The first half of your sentence is already conceding that he may not be 'up there' with 3 presidents, thus invalidating your entire question. Of course the question as a whole is inane anyway, so I guess it doesn't really matter. You look like an idiot for asking the question in the first place, even Republicans wouldn't ask this question with a straight face.

I think he'll go down as a president equal to that as Truman. He will be a war president and he'll go down in history as being the president that helped Africa the most (not that Truman helped in Africa). Not just in terms of money, but the procedural aspects of helping Africa has changed and has gotten the attention of Bob Geldof, in which he states that Bush has been the best so far in getting Africa the help they need.

He did some pretty controversial things, but he will go down as a president who fought for what he believed no matter what both republicans or democrats thought of his decisions.

I didn't like alot of the stuff that he did but hell, his presidency wasn't all that bad.

His presidency has been frightening and horrific. If he doesn't go down as the all-time worst president in history, he'll definitely be in the top 3.

I was trying to think of if there was anything good bush has done over the past years and it was hard. I finally remembered that he did put HIPA into place. I'm not sure if that off sets:

Sending thousands of americans to their death, or just being a warmonger in general.
Dropping the ball on a couple of national disasters.
Wrecking the economy like an 18 year olds ass.
I'm just going to throw AIDS into the hat while I'm at it."I say bush is responcible for AIDS."
