It would be a smart move on McCain's part since Huckabee's infinitely more likable than he is, plus it would garner the support of the people further on the right. It's just a very, very scary ticket for the rest of us. One that might possibly win, even.

Well, Huckabee comes across like every minister I've ever met. He would feel very "safe" to the church-going crowd. McCain just seems all angry and jumpy. haha

Um no.... Huckabee is a putz.


McCain's obvious choice is Romney. Romney brings the fiscal conservative credibility plus he puts Michigan in play for McCain... maybe Florida (McCain beat Romney there but this is a state the GOP needs) and Massachusetts as well and maybe most importantly... $$$$$$


Huckabee brings none of those things and pisses off a lot of the moderates McCain got in trade for pissing off the right
