my mother did this weird treatment with sublingual drops... seems to have helped a lot. She'd even get migraines from her allergies.

I've heard local bee honey is suppose to halp, too. but i haven't tried that yet.

I've been using some homeopathic pills for allergies that they have at Central Market, they help. And some of those little white things that you dissolve under your tongue for allergies as well, also at CM
