Business would not be what it is if it weren't for corporate buy-out piracy. The strong pushing out the weak to create our wonderfull capitolistic society.... some 24 year old equity capitolist coming in to take over a business that a 70 year old man spent his whole life creating.

does it suck... hell yea
is it avoidable.... hell no

this is what the worl has become.

lol.... it is almost like you have to work hard to build your empire - and if you do it well enough, your board of directors will make a majority vote to sell your company out from under you and send you into early retirement.
