Anyway, neither are relevent.... Obama's and McCain's policies and records should be compared not some salacious and unsupported allegations.

This article has a bunch of interesting stuff about early McCain years and ... This describes how his first wife got fucked up in a car accident while McCain was eating bugs for dinner in Hanoi, they drufted apart and he apparently admitted affairs (didn't catch any specifics) then met his current wife, divorced on amicable terms. No admissions of affairs on Cindy (not the affairs on wife one are justified by any means - simply that they are distant - hell - if the man can get it up still it make me prouder to vote for him)

mccain describing the breakdown of the marriage

these comments fit aquarely with an analysis I read of McCain in NR: summarizing: he isn't a conservative nor a republican though he carries a GOP card. They said he's a man of honor in a very old school sense of the word and where he comes down on issues will be a result of how he (subjectively) feels honor is best served. That means he's not governed by principles that make GOPers or Conservatives happy but at least many of his own personal principles line up well.
