![]() | depends... I'm just saying that there are competing rights at issue. When one person's exercise goes so far as to disrupt the right of another to exercise his the state may intercede. I see nothing wrong with arresting protesters who break the law and violate the right of others to peacefully assemble.... especially at a private event.
