This is a city of Denver issue. They alluded to Denver's jails already being overcrowded. Could you imagine something like this happening in Dallas? If I was a protester I would be thankful that they weren't going to be taking me to Lew Sterrett, as overcrowded as it already is.

and never mind the first amendment and other rights of non unruly people that unruly protesters impede upon... the right to assemble and speak is not the right to prevent/interript others from doing so.
