while I agree whole heartedly with the conclusion reached....

please note that this was 9th circuit ct ruling.... which is to say the batshit crazy circuit. I wouldn't put much stock in it holding up if appealed to SCOTUS.

While this is true, I cant help but get a little excited when I stumbled across the first positive Federal court ruling that I have seen in ages. It almost gave me hope for the future that lasted a full 30 minutes.....untill I passed a TV that had the news on in the break room
