welcome to being an adult... where you have to work to earn money to not be broke ass poor and be able to afford to clothe, feed, house and pay for your own health care.... it doesn't happen over night. Takes a long time. I was broke as fuck until I was in my early 30s.

welcome to young adulthood where most of us were broke ass poor and without health insurace... besides, I'd be shocked if your school did not only require you to have insurance but also provided a reasonably priced plan. Check into it.

We ALL pay fucking taxes. Some of us need help while we're trying to get ahead and then in turn help the generation after us. But that right there is the argument.....should we help others or fuckem. We are the only advanced nation WITHOUT insurance...something is wrong there.

And you cannot be denied care based on the ability to pay at ANY publically funded hospital. You have health care.

And your argument is that we should because they do. If they all jumped off a bridge? (which many - including me - would argue they have)

did some research too...

currently it's a 1031 exchange and has to be rolled into "like" property or hit with the 15% CG.

there is a one time exemption right now for people that are not planning on buying any more property and with that exemption they don't have to pay any CG and keep it all. Usually that is used when retiring- 'cause it's a one time thing.

now.. it *seems* Obama is wanting to change that exemption in addition to adding the 13% to what it already is.

and Tricky- i'm not saying our health care system isn't with out faults. it's totally fucked... but universal hc isn't the answer at all. there are tons of docs out there milking the system making a million a year and there needs to be some tweaks on that end as opposed to just blanket pay what they want.
