this video claims Time warner tried to ban some video.... and the video itself is ALL CAPITALS set to hillbilly EDM. It was so uncomfortable I couldn't finish it because it made me want to be raped in the face.

you're trying to blame youtube... er google, but the video keeps directing you to google things. If youtube was trying to smush anything you wouldn't even know.

Nothing new to see here. The same ole merry-go-round. Dems did this, this guy is a Dem....Repub tried to do this, Repub blocked by Dems. Wah, get over it. This is politics at its finest. Wake up and smell the brew....both of these guys will do some behind the scenes, nefarious stuff that will somehow trickle down to you. Its the nature of the beast. The public is always in the proverbial catch 22 position. You have a couple of choices:

1. Don't vote - bad idea, your voice isn't heard at all.

2. Vote for McCain - an old man who is doing an about face and is running a campaign that is being highly regarded as a joke with each passing day.

3. Vote for Obama - a widely unknow, unproven politician who seems to have a good message but just like every other politician has those things he would like swept under the rug.

4. Vote third party - which might do some good if there was actually any press on this candidate, and there was some outcry big enough to compell people to do so. He won't win but it might send a message.

or lastly.....

5. Look at your local and state elections - find out who is running for what in your area. See who best represents those issues that are going to have an affect on your back yard. Write to them, for they are your representatives.

my actual question if you can read... was does anyone know anything about licensing, after all this is a dance music website, meaning djs and producers are in the sampling biz -i was hoping some one could give me some insite

yes i can see how it's overwhelmig...but as independent voter it is really intresting to see how far off the spectrum both sides of the parties can get during the election.

i have to weed out all the static to make a smart decision. I refuse to be tied down by any party.

I've seen this video several times now. Are you surprised that people blocked real attempts to resolve this because they were profiting, however indirectly, from it?
