If the US gets serious about this and really puts its foot down...are drugs like coca going to surge in price?

If they surge in price...wont this make the Cartels even more anxious and brazen to get the drugs over the border to make even more money on the new prices? And even more willing to kill rival cartels for the drug routes?

Or...is this just a front and once the cartels stop killing like crazy we will back off and the drugs will be easier to get over the border?

What is this board going to do when coca becomes $150 a gram? Will Schlowinsky be seen man whoring himself near oaklawn for some blow?

Is this front not stopping the flow of drugs across the border and is more of a pressure technique to get the cartels to stop killing so many people?
