There are discrepancies ALL OVER the laws when it comes to the gays. That's probably what has his lawyer panties in a twist. He can't stand to see all the grey area when it should look black and white. I can see how that would be irritating as hell for someone who knows so much about the law.

P.S. It's estimated that about 25 million people in the US are gay. Not a small number. And that doesn't include all the closet cases.

Best guess is that many straight people do feel like it impacts their marriage... not exactly sure how but I think that's a common sentiment.
