Im saying the fact that we cant marry is a denial of a right that most americans enjoy. Whether or not it was taken away at some point in no way makes it any less of a denial. The fact that you are saying since we never had said right make me feel like well then, I guess I have no arguement that the current definition doesnt exclude me and therefore I have no right to question. Regardless of the wording, and I do realize that is what ultimately matters and what is being fought, doesnt make it any less uneqaul.

Sorry if I let my passion for people to be treated eqaul, which is how the constitution, the foundation our countrys laws and protections, states that we were created. well - I was explicit about where I stand on the issue. If that didn't suggest to you that I think you should be given the right I don't know what will. That doesn't equate to you currently being denied a right - you're not. And that doesn't mean you shouldn't have the right - you should.

You don't think the allegation, "You're denying my rights" isn't vinegar?

We are created equal. That means equal before the law. It doesn't mean everyone gets every result they wish or that all results will be equal. That which is denied to you is denied to everyone. That's equal. What you want is something no one has ever had. I support you but don't confuse it with being denied equality at law.
