Cali's been there before when the counties all got bound up in bond arbitarge.. of course that was on a county rather than state scale... California still hasn't cut spending even as the car's starting to fly off the cliff. It is an important lesson to the other states. The can irresponsibly spend, refuse to cut spending, go belly up and expect federal tax dollars to rescue them. Subsidizing failure encourages more of it.. or, is this a success for Cali? | |
