Well I think this is Mexico's attempt to try to refocus security forces where they are needed and unclog their penal system in one fell swoop. Someone should probably be taking notes on this decision.

they already attempted this a long time ago when George Bouche was in office. The idea never really came to fruition because the Bush Administration was doing a lot of finger wagging. now they don't have any pressure from the US holding them back so they are gonna go ahead and do it. smartest move. focus less on the smaller more numerous users and go for the traffickers.

Their was a small blurb in the paper where the Mexican president accused the US Government at being complicit in drug smuggling. I believe this is true.

There is really good weed in Mexico.The problem is how they have to compress it to get it here. Once it is compacted the plant materal starts to break down. This is where the shitty taste comes from. If you get bud deeper in Mexico that is not intended for export it is nice well cured bud.Face it, those fuckers have been growing that shit for a long time, they should know how.
