Potential Coup in Honduras tomorrow

Keep yer eye on Honduras tomorrow. The president wants to be head clown for life and has support of Hugo Chavez and Fidel. He fired the cheif of the military and the heads of all the services resigned. The Honduran Supreme Court reinstated the military man and the President vows to ignore the Supreme Court. The Honduran Congress and political institutions and even his own party are disowning him and seem to be hinting he is not mentally stable and should be replaced by the vice president.

The President wants an election tomorrow to give him full superpowers over the universe.... If you are close to the airport or the Presidential Palace or any radio stations in Honduras, keep your head down.

Honduran military forces came and took the President of Honduras. The president's private secretary reports shots were fired. Rumors are that he is being held at a military base.

Young DJ TRx (Spencer) and mother (Sonia) are in Honduras and were in Tegucigalpa so Spencer can get total immersion Spanish practice, so we are watching this closely...

Sonia (Shelby's mom) is half Honduran and was born there, but is U.S. Cit. We got a heads up a few days ago about this, but the US news had nothing on it. It came to a point yesterday and today tanks are in the streets.

The airport at Tegus is closed and airspace is restricted. Honduran gvt fears the former president will try to fly in to the airport. The military has been ordered not to allow his plane or any unidentified plane to land. He might have some central/south American politicians on board, though it seems most of them are crayfishing once they heard the military has been ordered not to allow the plane to land. It seems large crowds, many of them strongly against the former president are around the airport area.

I wonder what would happen if the fellow landed and the government did nothing at all. Like if they simply did not keep the crowd back or provide any security. Hopefully the crowd would play nice, and they might not be so angry as to tear him limb from limb.

Today might be interesting. I doubt he will try to fly in. Unless he can pilot his own plane...

He tried to fly in today. The UN leader flew with him in a plane from Venezuela. Following IN A SEPARATE PLANE were leaders of other countries. The military put up a whirlybird over the airport and a military plane and the runway was loaded with trucks so the plane could not land. The crowd tried to get in to move the trucks and troops opened fire. Between one to three were killed and six to eight were wounded. He is to meet with Clinton this week. The Wall Street Journal BLASTS the US Government for getting their response totally wrong. The WSJ is absolutely correct on this.

Oh, Nicaragua is sending troops to the Honduran border. Spencer (DJ TRx) is at a shrimp farm not far from the Nicaraguan border at the moment.

The 19 year old kid shot to death at the airport in the Capitol of Honduras is said to be part of a family from the outlands who were paid a total of about $50 to come to the airport to protest for the ousted former president. He was shot with a lead bullet while the troops were said to have been armed with tear gas and rubber bullets.

Spencer and Sonia returned safely, arriving in Houston yesterday. Despite best efforts, Spencer was unable to take over the government at fifteen.

The politician formerly known as El Presidente vows to return to Honduras by land, sea or air and the entire government, the Supreme Court, The congress, the police and the military in Honduras say that would be a mistake on his part.
