Re: Sarah Palin just resigned as Governor

She is very much responsible to this country. We all are, elected or not.

This doesn't make Alaska look bad, it makes America look bad. Particularly after all of the high profile tough talk.

This doesn't make America look bad in the slightest. She's not the president and she's not the face of the country. She's just a soon to be ex-governor of a backwater state.

^They're all in it together. Those who command the purse strings are not right-wing conservatives; they are shadowy, power-hungry traitors of this country and all the public namesakes are doing their bidding in actuality. Pelosi is the one who struck down the idea of the FED reserve audit because it would likely stir up a revolution that would be reminiscent of the first. We can just keep bending over in the meantime. The very definition of their activities defies Conservative principles...how can they be described as Conservatives?

PETA, couldn't agree more...this is another distraction that I'm sure the current administration loves. It helps to deflect attention from their own carefully veiled activities.

Disagree but we'll just let it all play out and see who was wrong in the end.

Lol... There will never be a revolution as long as the proletariat has electricity, running water, and cable TV. That whole bread and circus thing's been common knowledge for a while now. No matter what the government does, or who's in power, the vast majority of people couldn't give a shit what they do as long as they've got air conditioning and reality TV.

Edit: The Latin translation of "bread and circus" is "panis et circenses." Does that make anybody else snicker, or am I just totally Juvenal?

y can't all people who dislike Obama come to this simple point. Instead you bash him when we talk about Palin. You bash him when we talk about McCain. You bash him when we talk about his apparent OVERspending which can still be subsidized. People probably blame him for the stock market crashing, Maddoff's ponzi scheme and the War in Iraq. Ok, so I know that was a slippery slope, but the blame must go where it belongs...

Maybe the blame should fall on the shoulders of the administration. Maybe the blame should fall on the shoulders of the American people for allowing the gov't to get out of hand, without instituting new goverment...

Point still remains, Obama hasn't been in office a year and the results of his administrations actions haven't been shown. Alas, its already a mistake, but Bush's administrations laissez faire attitude and overspending to control the WAR on terror, before its own people first, wasn't!

If he is able to install universal health care, Obama wins!

Just like with Clinton, he is concentrating on fixing his own house moreso then fixing everyone else's...eventhough he still has to work to clean up a mess in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan and other parts of the world.

Obama was handed a bag of shit and told to run with it and do the best he could. McCain is no longer an option. Who gives a fuck about the fresh faced, governor from Alaska who needs to worry about the problems in her own house [see bristol], before worrying about the country!

The machine, the world, would eat Palin up...Let's just be honest. And about McCain, his mother is going to outlive him....

let's just concentrate on doing the best we can with what we got and let the results speak when they are finally shown.

everything else, is just pissing in the pool

You don't see it do you? Replace everything you just said and then reference it toward Bush instead of Obama and you've got the last 8 years.

Bush was blamed directly for everything from 911 to everything Obama can think of to copout and blame him for today. Your argument hold no water here. Same is same. You just think its new because now its against your guy.

I say fuck 'em. Fuck Bush, fuck Obama, fuck McCain, and fuck Palin.

Its only bad when it hurts your side. Right?
