they should have the ability for emergency votes to change earmarks from bond elections years before they get implemented.

that's some legislation that i would support that allows some flexibility to fix problems and not create more in the future.

Most people aren't rushing to get into a career field that pays $35k/yr and requires a 4 year degree.

so basically it's a neat toy for teachers

debatable. I can think of a few things that would help now. more books! better food! better supplies in science and math classes! returning music classes in earlier grades that isn't a recorder.
