no I am fine, hell I haven't been smoking weed in months. I think there should be reform but trying to push shit through is just dumb. if we could get more hospitals running like mayo I think we would be doing better.

<--- huge fan of mayo... helped a lot of people in my family. One of the interesting facts about them... because they are so efficient... they haved a lower profit margin. I'm talking mostly about the Rochester facikity not the satellites. Though they are well run as well.

it mostly talks about in mcallen texas and it has some of the highest medical bills in the country and how much savings can be achieved by simple collaboration with doctors and the overuse of testing to cover asses in case of a malpractice suite and fucked up doctors.
I loved it. it also says it doesn't matter who is paying the bill its that they way things are done are fucked up and if doctors profited less for procedures and more for the overall well being of the patient things would be a lot better.
